LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Legal Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made as of [Date], by and between San Legal Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership having its principal office at [Address of the Law Firm] ("Attorney"), and [Client's Full Name] residing at [Client's Address] ("Client").

1. Engagement The Client hereby engages the Attorney, and the Attorney agrees to provide legal services as described below.

2. Scope of Services The Attorney will provide legal services to the Client concerning [Detailed Description of the Legal Matter]. These services may include, but are not limited to, legal advice, drafting and reviewing documents, representation at negotiations and court proceedings, and other related legal services as deemed necessary by the Attorney.

3. Retainer Fee The Client agrees to pay a retainer fee of [Specify Amount] to the Attorney. This fee will be deposited into the Attorney’s client trust account and will be billed against at the hourly rates provided below. Any unused portion of this retainer will be refunded to the Client upon termination of this Agreement.

4. Fees and Billing BillingThe Attorney’s billing rates are as follows: [List Hourly Rates for Partners, Associates, etc.]. The Attorney will send the Client monthly invoices detailing the time spent on the Client's matter and expenses incurred. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.

5. Costs and Expenses In addition to legal fees, the Client will be responsible for the costs and expenses associated with the legal services provided. These costs may include filing fees, court costs, travel expenses, and other direct expenses.

6. Client Cooperation The Client agrees to cooperate fully with the Attorney in this matter and to provide any and all information and documentation necessary to facilitate the Attorney’s legal services.

7. Confidentiality The Attorney will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client, except as expressly permitted by the Client or as required by law.

8. Conflict of Interest The Attorney has disclosed any known conflicts of interest affecting the Attorney’s representation of the Client. The Attorney will inform the Client of any conflicts that arise during the representation.

9. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client will be responsible for paying all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Attorney practices.

11. Entire Agreement This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties. No other agreement, statement, or promise made on or before the effective date of this Agreement will be binding on the parties.
